New You
Psychological Therapy
Many people who are struggling and looking for help are not sure whether they need
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or counselling, but that shouldn't stop you getting help.

Our experienced Psychologist will listen to your concerns and work with you to establish
which approach they think would be most beneficial for you.

We can provide a professional and comprehensive assessment of any mental health problems,
which may confirm your sense of anything that might be ‘wrong’ or rule out conditions
that you were concerned about.

Often an assessment of mental health problems can be very reassuring for clients.
Sometimes an assessment of mental health problems can highlight that a client was
worrying unnecessarily about a condition that they don’t have.

Often clients find assessment and therapy planning sessions very helpful.
The common ground in any chosen path of therapy or counselling going forward,
is alleviating distress or reducing disruption to life, and making positive changes that will
improve your quality of life now and in the future.
Contact us by phone or email to arrange an initial chat and discuss your needs and
any difficulties that you are seeking help for.
